The European Commission invites early-career researchers to the online workshop “Choose Quantum Europe: How to Attract and Retain Talent in the EU?” on 30 October 2025, from 09:30 to 11:00 CET via Zoom.

Launched as part of the Quantum Europe Strategy on 2 July 2025, the initiative seeks input from the European research community – particularly PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers – to help design concrete actions for attracting and retaining young talent in the EU’s quantum technologies sector.

Contributions from the workshop will feed into a strategic document submitted to the High-Level Board on Quantum Technologies and will support the implementation of measures under the forthcoming Quantum Act (EU legislation).
