QuantERA III Consortium Meeting, 8 May 2025, Gdańsk

We are thrilled to announce that QuantERA III has now been formally launched under Horizon Europe, bringing together a strengthened network of 40 research funding organisations from 30 countries.

The Programme is backed by a combined budget of over €55 million, including €15 million from the European Commission and more than €40 million in national contributions.

For the first time, the Republic of Korea joins the Programme as an Associated Partner, represented by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF). This new partnership extends QuantERA’s international cooperation and reflects the growing global relevance of quantum technologies.

The initiative is coordinated by the National Science Centre (NCN) in Poland, with the Call Secretariat led by the French National Research Agency (ANR).
