We’re delighted to announce that The QuantERA Project Catalogue: Call 2025 is now available for download!

The catalogue presents the 39 research projects funded under Call 2025, involving 196 research teams from 27 countries. Together, these teams are now embarking on new research exploring a wide range of topics in quantum science and technologies.

Implementation of Call 2025 reaffirmed the critical role played by the QuantERA initiative in the European quantum ecosystem. Record numbers of proposals have been received in two call topics: 148 in Quantum Phenomena and Resources and 139 in Applied Quantum Science. These figures vividly illustrate the wealth of fresh ideas and concepts that quantum research community seeks to explore through transnational collaborations – comments Prof. Konrad Banaszek, QuantERA Scientific Coordinator.

The QuantERA Project Catalogue provides an overview of the funded projects and the research they represent, while also highlighting several key aspects:

• QuantERA Programme 2016–2026: A Decade of Building the European Quantum Ecosystem – a look at the programme’s development over ten years and its contribution to supporting international collaboration in quantum research.
• Supported Research Areas – an overview of the diverse research areas funded by QuantERA, including quantum communication, computation, sensing and imaging, simulation and general quantum science.
• Project Goals and Methodologies – information on the objectives, methodologies and approaches of the QuantERA-funded projects.
• Collaborating Institutions – an overview of the institutions working together within the QuantERA framework to advance quantum research and technologies.
