We would like to invite all QuantERA-funded projects (status: starting, ongoing or completed) to share their research with Europe’s quantum community at European Quantum Technologies Conference (EQTC) 2026 on 30 November – 3 December in Dublin!

Bringing together 1,100+ attendees, 140+ speakers and 50+ conference sessions, EQTC 2026 is Europe’s flagship conference for quantum technologies, providing an outstanding platform to present cutting-edge research, exchange ideas with leading experts, and build collaborations across academia, industry and the public sector.

As part of the EQTC 2026, the QuantERA Programme is planning to organise a joint poster session together with the Quantum Flagship. This dedicated event, included in the main conference agenda, will enable to highlight the achievements of QuantERA-funded projects and to foster matchmaking opportunities, in particular exploring synergies and possibilities for future collaborations between the QuantERA and Quantum Flagship projects.

The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to showcase QuantERA’s projects to a broad and diverse audience, establish new contacts, and explore potential collaborations with researchers from related fields. It will also enable participants who do not usually attend QuantERA events or other scientific conferences to learn more about the funded projects and the QuantERA Programme.

• Session: QuantERA & Quantum Flagship Matchmaking Poster Session, time slots tbc
• Abstract submission: Submit the abstract to Science & Technology Track via: https://www.eqtc2026.eu/submissions and in Additional Information part choose QuantERA Project. For the QuantERA-funded projects, no additional selection process applies, and once you submit the abstract, you may proceed to registration right away. Submission deadline: 03 August 2026

Limited places are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Format: Please, bring your poster with you. The conference venue will be equipped with standard exhibition double-sided boards for displaying posters, and PhD and PostDocs participants will also be eligible for the poster session awards.
