Strategic Conference

I acknowledge that a photographer will be present at the Strategic Conference: Impact of QuantERA 2016–2026, taking place at the University of Basel on 28–29 September 2026, and I consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event. I understand that these images and recordings may be used by the organisers – on the websites of the QuantERA;  National Science Centre, Poland and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), on social media and in promotional materials and may be made available to third parties (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) to promote the Conference, QuantERA Programme, National Science Centre, Poland and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).

Please note: if consent to being photographed or filmed is not granted, participants are kindly requested to directly inform the event organisers upon registration and arrival at the venue.

I consent to the processing of my personal data provided in this form by the QuantERA Coordination Office at the National Science Centre, Poland and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), for the purpose of managing my participation in the Strategic Conference: Impact of QuantERA 2016–2026, taking place at the University of Basel on 28–29 September 2026. I have been informed that my data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without my consent, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and in agreement with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
