The conference will mark 10th anniversary of the QuantERA Programme, celebrating a decade of collaboration and progress in quantum research and innovation. The event will highlight key achievements since the QuantERA launch in 2016, reflect on the opportunities and collaborations enabled through the Programme, and look ahead to its future role within the evolving EU quantum funding landscape. The conference will also highlight the importance of fostering an inclusive research culture in quantum science.
The event will bring together distinguished participants from academia, industry, and national and European institutions—including representatives of the European Commission—as well as research funding organisations and the Quantum Flagship representatives. Through keynote talks and thematic discussions, the Programme will foster knowledge exchange, community building, and new collaborations within the rapidly evolving quantum ecosystem.
In addition, the conference will serve as a final review seminar for projects funded under QuantERA Call 2021, and act as a kick-off event for projects to be selected under Call 2025.
Please note that the registration will be open exclusively only for the invited individuals involved in the QuantERA Programme.
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, QuantERA has launched a dedicated “IQ” Action highlighting the scientific value generated by the Programme.
As research projects lie at the core of QuantERA, the initiative aims to showcase bold and innovative ideas put into practice and, above all, the people who make them possible.
Projects funded by QuantERA have been invited to prepare materials presenting their research activities and illustrating their impact on the quantum science and technology landscape. These materials will be published gradually over the coming months.
One of the highlights of the Strategic Conference agenda will be the finale of the IQ Action, including the announcement of the winners.
The Strategic Conference will bring together Parties involved in the Programme and will serve as a spot for QuantERA-funded projects presentations, strategic discussions and scientific networking.
